Day 1: Equine Facilitated Experiences
Feeling for the Question: Open the body's senses to receive information through yoga, breath work, dance, and liberty play.
Day 2: Ground Work and Riding
Sending a Reply: Embody the solution and apply awareness from Day 1 to guided ground work and riding
Notes:
Participants are able to attend Day 1 only, but participation on Day 2 requires Day 1 attendance. Recommend attending both days to fully receive the immersive and connected experience. Horses to arrive late afternoon/early evening on Sept. 26, and will stay in piped corrals with most having covers, but a few without. All horse experiences will be in an arena. Healthy morning treats, coffee, tea and water will be served. Please bring a lunch for yourself (there is a refrigerator and microwave on the grounds). Your retreat hosts will be providing a hearty and healthy lunchtime salad for all to share. Participants may bring an RV to stay overnight at Saureel. There are no hook-ups.
